Data Graph: This window shows the downloaded data from a Heart Rate Monitor or Power Meter in graphical form. It can show Heart Rate, Speed, Altitude, Cadence, Power, LR Balance and Pedal Index. The data shown can be switched on and off to show only the items you're interested in. The Area below the graph shows a summary of the data, and provides information such as BMI and VO2 Max statistics.
Distribution Graph: The window shows the distribution of the downloaded data, showing the time spent in discrete 'bars', each bucket having a size of 1, 5, 10 or 20. For instance, the screenshot shows power data for 20-units blocks, showing the time and percentage of the total duration spent in that bar.
HR Zones Graph: Shows the amount of time spent in each heart rate 'zone'. The upper and lower limits of each zone are defined in the User Preferences. Up to 5 zones can be used. Each bar represents the total time that the heart rate data has spent between the two limits.
Laps Window: This dialog shows the time for each lap from the downloaded data. Tabs within the dialog can show speed, distacne, power and altitude data for each lap.
Sessions Window: Shows your training sessions as a list. Each set of sessions is ruled off into a week, as defined in the user preferences. Again, a summary of each session is displayed in the right-hand panel simply by clicking on it.
